New 3.5.0270 Update error

    Hi there. Today I installed the new update 3.5.0270. Well, until I close the program, everything works. Or not so much .... so, for example, if I want to save the new project to a Remix deck, or just change it, it hangs with a blue background and then restarts.
    Machine type: HP Elitebook 3840W
    Windows 10 64bit version: 1909
    Processor: i7 3740QM
    Ram: 16GB
    Connected devices: Kontrol F1, Zomo MC1000, Stanton FS2 open.
    Never before has there been an update that would have frozen the Traktor so much. Please help me. What could have happened?
    How to revert to version 4.2.0?

    Thank you for your report and for the Support tool !
    Could you be a bit more explicit about how you had that blue screen ?
    Does it happen each time you try to save a remix deck ? Would it be possible to capture your screen while you're reproducing this bug ?

    You can always run any previous version of Traktor if needed going into
    • C: > Program Files > Native Instruments > Traktor 3 > Back Up

    Thanks for the reply.
    I tried to start it today and there was absolutely no freezing when modifying the Remix deck or closing the program. I don't understand what happened, but it looks "improved" .... :)
    I’m testing, and if such an unexpected thing happens again, I’ll report.

    Note: The blue screen when you signed up is
    (if I remember correctly) referred to a - IRQ collision issue ..... Unfortunately I didn't take a photo ...

    Hi Traktor fans. Unfortunately, the blue screen reappeared. I observed the following. After rebooting once with a blue screen, I noticed what it prints as an error.
    Stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Symptom: zmc1000a.sys
    I note that no sound card or other hardware was connected. But if I connected anything, it was still a malfunction.
    What I’ve also experienced is that if I load a set I build into the Remix deck, the Traktor freezes sooner. I tried reinstalling but it didn't get any better.
    I returned to version 3.4.2 as advised. There are no problems now. I hope you find the bug as soon as possible.
