    1. Bring back the functionality we had in 1.8 whereby the DAW could recieve MIDI input from Maschines pads WITHOUT HAVING TO USE CONTROLLER MODE. This worked so freaking well and made it so much easier to make new patterns/make adjustments to existing patterns that had already been drag-dropped in to the DAW timeline.

    2. Batch export of all midi patterns contained within SELECTED scenes. Drag and drop is cool but it can take an insanely long time if you have made lots of variations and sketched out an arrangement in the Maschine sequencer.

3.Implement some way of getting rid of the MIDI feedback loop that makes recording new patterns in maschine impossible if it is already recieving midi data from patterns in the DAW (this could be easily solved by having a record arm/diisarm function available at the pad and group level)

    4. (this is just for me) Implement the ability to desynchronize the maschine sequencer from the host DAW. Ive been working on some live stuff where i do some finger drumming (not to a click and with nothing to drum along to) and then move into building sequences on the fly. If hosted in a DAW as a VST as soon as you hit record you are locked into a tempo which in 99.9999% of cases does not coincide with the tempo being drummed and also sets playing the initial pattern I use to segue from the drummed to sequenced section. This makes it nigh on impossible to capture all the channels of audio for mixdown after the fact. I have found some workarounds (plugging outputs from my interface into my inputs and then recording with OBS then extracting the channels from the .mov stream) but they are clunky and i am still limited to how many separate channels can be captured. I appreciate this is a pretty niche request but it would be great.

Most of this has been said before but there it is.

    1. Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but you can still send MIDI from Maschine's Sounds (pads) without going to MIDI mode.
    2. Batch export with options (something like a MIDI version of the Export audio function) would be very welcome.
    3. MIDI input definitely needs some work, including the "focus" feature too. I'm all for arming Sounds/Groups or something like it.
    4. So the Maschine plugin would use its own tempo? Have you tried setting up a way to just change the host's tempo when you're doing the drumming?

Hang on though... That's four. :p

Every Sound has MIDI output settings and the notes from that Sound and any CCs assigned to its macros are transmitted via those settings.

OK id always done this at group level via group midi batch setup in 1.8 it never even occurred to me to try messing in the sounds part when i couldnt get it working like before. This is awesome i feel like ive lost a few years of my life through stupidity here. you are a ******* hero.xxx
