6 out of 11 Instruments from Komplete 5 cannot be activated

    I have a brand new computer with Windows 7 64bit with a fresh install of Komplete 5 and I think (can't remember 100%) everything was OK until I was forced to do a BIOS update unrelated to NI products. After that, 6 out of the 11 instruments cannot be activated (saying my hardware was changed) even though in the service center they are all activated. When I open one of those instruments, the popup screen appears with the three options of activating, buying or demo. I click on activate and the service center opens telling me that everything is activated when it's obviously not.

    I've already de- an reinstalled the latest version of the Service Center, installed an old version and let it update itself, de- and reinstalled the instruments that won't activate - all with the same result: Service Center says everything is fine, but 6 out of 11 instruments are only usable in demo mode. WTF? Do I need to mention I'm really pissed off? This has already cost me hours and I've tried everything short of reinstalling the entire Komplete 5 package.

    I've contacted support and received my ticket on wednesday morning, but haven't heard from NI since. Great support! And now it's too late to call them until monday morning, so I was hoping maybe someone here might have an idea what the problem is.

    NI, you might be geniuses when it comes to programming audio software, but you're certainly geniuses at f***ing your customers up the poopenshaft with the worst copy protection in the business.
