66% Saving on tailored upgrade not working

    Hello,

    I'm trying to take advantage of the upgrade discount emailed to me. I have followed the instructions in the NI email precisely and yet when I paste the code provided at checkout, the 66% discount is not applied. This discount in only valid until 31 Dec 2021 and so I was wondering if NI ha\ve an explanation or solution.
