You seen already my mapping for VMS4 with Traktor.





You need play around with interaction mode and Encoder mode, sensitivity and acceleration to get the best results for certain controller.
There is no black magic in this. We already told You on Denon dj forum about it. It was not only me, that made the encoders good for scratching as You know. hellnegative also did it.

 

and i told you it wasnt possible, this ancient controller video is irrelivent. please pass on your ddjSZ map with perfect jogwheels. i can wait........

 

I told You already, I didn’t map any ddj controllers except ddj-t1 and s1. I did reloops, eks, denon, native, numark, american audio and many more.

 

Could you please start a thread in the corresponding forum for this? You are in „message from the makers“ and not in any bla bla.

To be honest, this is some good news and it's good to see an improvement or new features in any kind form. All we asked in any big update is ELASTIC BEATGRIDS. Please. I'm not trying to put anything down, I'm a happy user, but we've been waiting for that feature far too long. Consider making your users happy and satisfied with an update like that.

Specifically how high this feature was in comparison to other popular requests like elastic beatgrids?

for me to return to traktor though im going to need:

Full HID TRaktor support for DDJ800 DDJ1000 DDJRZ /DJM S7 S9/ DENON LC6000

could probably swap out tidal for beatsource even though its double the price.

i can almost stomach the browser but im way past the N.I. hardware.

on the whole though this is a massive bone for traktor, keep it up guys!

 

HID for DDJ 1000 would be a huge step for Traktor!

 

Not a huge fan of BP link myself, but really encouraging to see Traktor embrace streaming. Big up guys!

I really hope this is teeing up HID integration for the Denon players later this summer too; as that's exactly what BP are pushing on all their marketing of link. I'd be happy for Elastic Beatgrids to take a back seat, if we could just get Traktor support for all of the flagship Pioneer/Denon players and mixers up to date!!!

What about if you focus on SoundCloud or Spotify integration than a outdated service like beatport? Seriously… don’t listen to these narrow minded DJs who still live in 90s.

 

Hi all, thanks for your responses and thoughts! We’re aware that there are other highly requested features, please rest assured that those are on our roadmap too. This Beatport/Beatsource LINK integration is just one milestone that we are working on towards the goal of further software improvements and innovations.
To answer your specific question about how many users requested this feature: We know from our surveys that the integration of streaming services in TRAKTOR PRO is among the top 3 most requested features. Therefore we’re working towards implementing these features, with Beatport/Beatsource LINK being the first incarnation. Have a great weekend everyone.

Can you clarify if elastic beatgrids are on the current road map, as that must have been in the Top 3 requested features?

A simply yes or no would really help to at least show the faithful (Traktor user since 2008 here) that this is the case.

how about you wake up an realise spotify dont support dj services anymore and soundcloud is by far the worst streaming service where most musis is free to download anyway?? how about that?

Friday's livestream VOD, done on 3.5.0.269. About 80% of the tracks are streamed in via Beatport LINK.
(I put them in regular playlists to access them from the D2, in case anyone was wondering)
