yes! whats about a little tool where you can create a tablefile of two waveforms? just load 2 waves into it, create a massive compatible wavetable and load it into massive - plz ;)

i'd love for massive to have this ability too.

however, i would like more functionality than what sellotape has suggested. if i understand the suggestion correctly that would only result in a smooth transition between two sounds, and i would like to have the option of much more variation in the wavetables. (as can be found within some fizmo and microwave XT wavetables.)

so i would prefer a feature that allowed the user to load a single cycle waveform into any of the steps in the table, then let the utility/synth interpolate between them. this would preserve sellotape's requested functionality, but also expand on what can be done.

I'd like to see a common wave format for both Massive and Absynth as well as Reaktor so they could all draw from the same library.

Now that would be cool. I've only been using MASSIVE a very short time and I'm still waiting for my full version to arrive, but it was a thought that crossed my mind as well.

    Homebelly, that's a great idea !

Yes, a common table library, since each synth brings a different flavor of sound manipulation !

there are sources on the web for thousands of tables

    Hello forum,

First post here, first wish: importing "famous" wavetables into MASSIVE would be great!
And I guess my Microwave II could become redundant.

A proper program for developing wavetables of your own that can be used in Massive, Absynth and Reaktor. I actually think a standalone program/tool would be ideal. Just a simple program. NI could charge for it to make it worthwhile. Or an extra feature put in Kontakt.

i mainly want this to be a possibility so i can use PPG/microwave wavetables - they are classic... if FM8 can load DX7 patches then i want my PPG wavetables!

adding more wavetables in general to the next version would be awesome too - even if they arent PPG

It would be great if like absynth we could load third party waveforms.

I'd like to add my two cents and say this would be a most welcome feature!
