Ableton 9.1 Template - I can't wait any more

Guys, if you need an older version of Live 9 just contact Ableton support for a download link.
I asked for one last week, got it the next day.

 

I really liked the Mk2 template, but finally decided to spring for Push in addition to the studio. They work really well together; and I'm thinking of adding a Launchpad which will allow me to change scale and key (using ClyphX and the Launchpad) while performing
live in note mode. (I think the Live's Chord Effect is pretty limited, but am still having fun with either a single device programmed in a power chord, or a Midi Effect rack with chord devices in chains)....

But I sure with they could get a Studio template fixed...... (and I do still have my Mk2)....

I can't get the Maschine work as a control surface. I'm using osx 10.6.8 with Ableton Live 9.1.6, Maschine and APC mini as controllers...

I installed the templates and midi remote scripts correctly.
I'm using maschine 1.8.2, driver 2.6, controller editor 1.5.3 and service center 2.3.3.

All apps are updated according to my OSX. the latest drivers and updates require newer osx.

So my question is: do i really need to update my osx? Or there is a solution for my maschine problem. I think i'm not alone with this shituation.
