    They did charge my credit card immediately though. GRRRRR. :angry:

    Dont't suppose NI are in any financial trouble are they?

    I cant even download Absynth even though my payment went through. All I keep getting is this automated email...

    I love NI products and wish to support them but this is just getting silly.

    @ dafad_dew : Yeah they have no trouble taking our money! I'm seriously pissed off about this! I know we all got good deals etc. but it almost seems like they took orders first and only now they are getting the stock to cover the numbers!

    @ BThule : OMG yes! The fact that they are giving you trouble over a download is even more ridiculous!

    I placed three seperate orders :

    1. Evolve Mutations Bundle / Abbey Road 70s Drums / Abbey Road 80s Drums

    2. Kore 2 / Rig Kontrol Hardware

    3. Alicia's Keys / Scarbee Pre-Bass / Scarbee Jay-Bass

    I have received a shipping / invoice email for the first order but it's downhill from there with orders 2 and 3! They have not of course explained which of the above remaining items is causing the delay? All of them?

    I am also ordering a new PC and a bunch of other stuff to update my studio set-up and I was looking forward to playing with it all during the Christmas break - so to be told that these bits may not even be here by then MAKES ME VERY MAD!

    NOTHING TO WARN ABOUT DELAYS WHEN PLACING ORDERS!

    Yep I got this yesterday afternoon:
    which is peculiar because yesterday morning I phoned NI and was told my order would ship last night but I guess as I have still only received an order confirmation back in November and nothing more that the e-mail is accurate and the chap on the phone was talking bollocks.

    I hate buying direct from NI.
    I expected and hoped I'd have Kontakt in time to do some recording for our new album over the Christmas break but it looks like I'll have to rely on other sample sources....which is a pain as I bought Kontakt to replace the Reason NNXT as Reason won't run on my x64 DAW.......so looks like I might have to install the x86 version of Sonar and Reason instead.

    it would've been nice to have been warned.....when your FAQs state same day /next day shipping that is what we expect...not 5 weeks after the event with little and difficult and misleading communications.

    What a total pain in the arse.

    I Facebooked Daniel Haver in an effort to stir things up but it would appear that the company policy of ignoring customers comes from the top....

    NI have an awful attitude to their customers.

    It'll take something beyond their means to get me back on side.

    This has quite simple been the worst online shopping experience ever.

    and just now I get this which contradicts the e-mail from yesterday:

    so now I'm more than a little confused as to what to believe.

    Fingers crossed it'll turn up next week and before Xmas break.

    Order # 1 : Shipped and Received (last week)

    Order # 2 : Finally a Shipping / Invoice email

    Order # 3 : Still no word! No reply to ticket! Still pending amount on credit card! Still very PISSED OFF!

    Confirmed: They sell products they don't have in stock.

    Not sure if you all are in the US, but I spoke with a US company rep who told me that the "inventory" wasn't really inventory, it was basically just a forecast of what they expected to receive in a shipment from Germany. When that shipment got delayed, they became unable to fulfill orders that were already promised -- and charged.

    I don't know why you are so "pissed off". Especially during a big sale, you can't expect a company to have endless inventory.

    Disappointing? Yes.
    Enough to get extremely upset about? No.

    I do.
    The FAQs stipulate delivery times to be say 8-9 days.
    The FAQs stipulate same/next day shipping.

    There is no indication during order processing that there might be anything to change this and yet people are expected to be satisfied with many weeks waiting.

    NI are misleading customers into believing NI can supply from stock when they cannot but it doesn't stop NI taking our money while we wait.

    My experience is something similar... I ordered a komplete 7 and a Evolve/Mutations bundle on Nov the 27th. The Komplete 7 has been shipped on Dec the 13th and arrived 2 days after. No trace of the Evolve/mutations bundle though my credit card has been charged of it. I hope it is just a pre-christmas mess. Anyhow I sent 3 tickets and I never got an answer. Does anyone know if it is possible to at least obtain a download link and serial number for a bundle paid but never received?

    Update.... I have just been sent the invoice and shipment tracking number email for the Evolve/Mutations bundle. I'm expecting to receive the package any day soon. At least in my case they seem to answer with facts rather than with emails...

    I got an invoice, order number, tracking number (DHL says its not known in their system). But NI haven't responded except automatically in 6 weeks. now I've had several orders from NI in the past and 2 weeks is usual. 6 weeks. Some say they've been told that ther are no Rig Kontrols in stock and they have no idea when they will again be available.

    Now how do I get a tracking number for a prodcut that hasn't been in stock. Explains why DHL can't find the tracking number in their system.

    if I didn't know better I'd say that was fraud.

    Mudgel, if you are not in Germany the tracking number changes at the frontier.
    I can only say that I ordered the 27th of November and eventually I got all I paid for on January the 4th and after 4 unanswered letters from the contact form. Maybe I have been lucky, but all I can tell is my experience.... keep tough and write again and again.....
