Absynth 2 with a laptop with no CD drive

Hy there
May main problem is very simple : I've got an Asus thin laptop with no cd player and I need to open old music projects that needs absynth 2.
I have ALL native instruments officially I mean => I bought everything. I've got CDs, DVDs, and now hardrive for Komplete 11.

BUT i have installed Absynth 2 and 2.04 update with the usual install exe file (provided by NI) but it still asking to "insert the original" CD which is totally a nonsense with nowadays computer.... The Service Center has autorised Absynth 2

If somebody can help me...

Absynth 2.4 should be more than 10 years old, I doubt N.I. will update the installation procedure. Try to get an external DVD drive for installation, afterwards it shouldn't be necessary anymore.
Other than that, tried to Install Absynth 5 instead, I'm not familiar with the Komplete 11 installing procedure, but if you're having a serial # it shoudn't be a problem to install it on a 2nd Computer.
