    Hello All,
The issue I am having is pixelated and scaling problems on all my Native Instrument products. I both have FL Studio 20 and Ableton Live 11. In FL Studio 20 the native instrument plugin windows are too small to read and when I scale them they look terrible. As for Ableton Live 11 all the plugin windows are small when unchecking the Auto-Scale option in Ableton. I have already checked the option in Ableton for the "Auto-Scale" feature. This makes the plugins visible but they look pixelated and horrible. Is there going to be an update to resolve this issue? Will there be High DPI support coming soon? Really pissed since I paid $1,000+ on these products. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards

Only the most recent NI plugins (Crush/Mod Pack, Massive X, Guitar Rig 6) support HiDPI for the time being. There's no word on how soon or not others would support HiDPI. Your options:

    1. Use auto-scale option, live with a bit of blurriness.
    2. Don't use auto-scale option, cannot use things at all.
    3. Get a non-HiDPI monitor on the side so things look normal and not blurry.
    4. Of course, could just sell Komplete if you don't like any of the previous options, nothing prevents you.

It would be nice to have all of the Native Instruments working with HIDPI but will just wait. I did try Massive X in FL Studio 20 and it looks great and I am able to scale the windows without any kind of distortion but in Ableton Live 11 when you take off Auto-Scale option for the plugin it cuts off a large amount of the plugin window except for the lower left portion. Ableton Live 11 seems like it is doing something weird to the plugins. Again Massive X looks how it should with great scaling in FL Studio 20. I added a pick below showing what it is doing in Ableton.

Here are users like me with 20" screen and vga input. Don't need HIDPI.

Good for you! That doesn't mean we shouldn't get what we pay for. Just because you have a monitor like that doesn't mean that millions of other people using Native Instruments with 4k monitors shouldn't use it. Does that mean since? No

Yeah don't use Auto-Scale option in Live on plugins that do their own scaling.

Also, there aren't millions of NI users using HiDPI monitors. It's still a sort of a niche, it's getting bigger, but it's not the majority still. In fact, the two still most widely used screen resolutions in the world are 1920x1080 and 1366x768.

I love Native Instruments , they have great sounds but just cause of the scaling problem i found myself messing with arturia more and more. If and when they fix it, i'll be back. but for now i'm on to some else. i just couldn't believe that even nexus fixed it the High DPI problem before Native Instruments...My favorite company but i haven't been using it because of that...very annoying to look at tiny plugins

I honesltly don't know what's taking so long to fix that HIGH DPI problem. Dope sounds, but Tiny plugins are not inspiring at all when you are in the zone. reason why i haven't upgraded to any of the latest Komplete Ultimate.

That's what usually happens when you use 20 years old custom homemade UI framework that doesn't know anything about HiDPI. It's not something you can change very fast.
