absynth 5 install update error

    hello,
    i would like to know in service center i´ve download absynth 5 and supercharger gt update quite well,but installation failed error message says "installation folder not found"
    absynth 5 and supercharger gt folders are located in the program list,i´ve tried to locate the folder that contains the dll.filesusing the browser and when i found it another error message appears:"the directory you selected doesn´t contain the aplication".
    what folder or aplication are needed to update ?

    i really apreciate your help
