I´ve tried to create a simple kick-bass-kick-bass trance bassline using Absynth, but to my annoyance the syncing of the note on for absynth is off, sometimes it gets triggered to quickly, and sometimes too slowly. The time span is only about 1/32, but it´s well noticable.

Any tips to make this go away? I really want to use absynth for my music, but right now it´s not possible.

    I have version 2.0

What software package are you using and what are your latency settings?

    Hi Trance,

I had a similar problem using Absynth as a DXi with Cakewalk HomeStudio (I assume this might be relevant if you're using it as a DXi for other things, like Sonar). The synching would go all over the place when I played back a simple rhythm. In my case, I found that this can be fixed by reducing the latency settings in cakewalk. I don't know what was causing the problem, but somehow having high latency settings in Cakewalk made Absynth play irregularly.

So, this *might* solve you're problem, if you're using Absynth as a DXi.
