Absynth patches, how to retrieve my password?

I've registered my Absynth licence 2001, while I had another email adress, which is not working anymore. In the meantime, my password is gone, too. IIRC, NI has changed all the access data at some point.

As result, I am not able to download the Absynth patches NI kindly presents to us registered users. How can I retrieve my password respectively get a new one? I wouldn't like to re-register Absynth again, since the same serial number occuring twice might be a little bit confusing for NI.

I've sent NI a mail or two asking for a solution (s/n was included) but there is no answer - it makes me wonder, because the NI support used to react quickly and friendly.

Any hints?

Re-register. When NI changed their registration pages,we all re-registered our apps;in fact,we had to.

Apparently, I _did_ already re-register all my other 6 NI products but Absynth.

Help Me Please

I got Tractor a while back an i cant get it to fit my screen when i change the screen size that sorts that problem out but makes another by effecting the colour of the screen ,
the colour goes realy dull , how do i reslove this matter

I'm having the same problem!! I can't access any of the downloads it appears, for the products I'm registered for.

However, I can log into my account with the same user name and password and see what products I'm register with.

Why can't I log in to make a download then?
