So, as well all know for some reason there isn't an easy way to remove a plugin after Native Instrument program decided it's installed.
I was trying to get native instrument plguins set up on a friend's new laptop, he bought the Komplete 5 so he has many plugins on there from the launcher, but for some reason after logging in to his account, everything shows up as either "Demo" or already installed, even if it's not.
so I looked around on the forums to see how to make Native forget and move the uninstalled plugins to the uninstalled section as they should be, and properly download them on that device- I saw a suggestion to delete the folders of the plugins who are falsely installed from the reg editor, so they wouldn't be recognized as installed anymore and ill have a chance to reinstall them from the launcher, but it didn't work- now I just can't see the plugins anymore... nowhere, they have disappeared completely.. and he paid for them.. how do I get them back? Thank youu <3

If he’s logged into Native Access and has legitimately registered the products to his account, they will show up in Native Access regardless of whether they’ve been installed or not.

You did not understand, they showed up- but were stuck on Demo, I tried resolving that by removing them from the reg edit- which resulted on them disappearing completely

The filter was on purpose, because there should be a plugin that shows up when I type in "Dream" - it was just to show that whatever I deleted from the regedit was not even showing up as demo like it did before.

anyway, will that reg tool help if I already removed it manually from the registery of my pc? I'm gonna give it a shot anyway, I'm guessing this little program is doing what I tried doing, just .. right.

UPDATE: Tried using the program from your link, did not work, still nothing shows up

I completely understand. If he’s registered them and owns them, the only way to remove them from his account is to transfer it to someone else.

Komplete 5 is too old to reactivate
    https://promusig.ch/produkt/10860-native-instruments-komplete-5-lto.aspx

Found this and it lists all the content, but reaktor should work as only product, so he needs an update to komplete 8 at least

    https://support.native-instruments....lung-von-Service-Center-und-älteren-Produkten

Here you can see the discontinued products.

I have an update here I can sell, i already have the transfer code ready, it's komplete 11 update from komplete 2 to 10. I would sell it for 50 euros or you make an offer after asking your friend.

    Uwe

But then of course he will miss some products and some he will then have actual versions.

No, because I'm afraid it's gonna damage whatever I have, but actually you saying that made me think about it twice and it shouldn't remove the already installed plguins from my folders right? it will just leave them as is?

Should do, yes. Just reinstall it, it’s only an installer it won’t delete anything else.

I told you, that some older plugins cannot be activated again, and I also sensed a link with the info and products listed.

Listen what you're saying makes no sense and sounds like bs- He logged into his account that had the products on his laptop- and HE HAD ACCESS to all of the plugins he paid for.
because of some bug or whatever some of the plugin he had already installed on his other computer still registered as "installed" on his account-
They were there. we tried fixing it by deleting the registry keys and letting the launcher reinstall them properly- but you're coming in here telling me "Nop no way to ever get that product you've paid for again if u happen to delete a key"
I assure you that on a new computer it'll work just fine, but we don't want to reformat the laptop just for that. looking for a workaround, don't tell me that bs

Contact NI support direct would be the final answer.
