Account has disappeared

    My NI account that I have had for years with all my product registrations has disappeared. When I try to login it says there is no such account. Try to get new password it says no account attached to that password. Service Center says invalid account. Why has this happened? It happened yesterday after the service center installed an update to itself. How do I get that account back? Has anyone else experienced this?

    Already tried those numerous times. It won't let me in. Invalid account. If I try to get a new password it says No such account for that E-mail.
