    Hello everyone!

    We wanted to share with you some new changes regarding how you can get help for Account and Order questions.

    We are introducing chat support for questions regarding orders, serial numbers, activations, licensing and payment. Chat is a fast option that allows you to ask a question without excessive wait times and, if needed, a ticket request can be submitted when needed with faster follow up times. Chat support will replace our phone support as a result.

    The chat is available during the following hours for now :
    13:00 – 16:00 CET (Monday to Friday)
    1:00 – 4:00 pm PST (Monday to Friday)

    Edit to reflect change of hours from 14/05

    Hey. New here. Native Access on my pc cannot install without a missing file called MSVCP140.dll. I've downloaded the updated through
    the site. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. How do I fix this issue? Thanks

    The location of the chat was changed very recently and I have edited my post now with the link.
