acoustic refraction in Kore not showing up...

    I just purchased Kore 2. In my kore player, everything shows up (acoustic refractions, as well as scarbee bass, and others in komplete 7), but in Kore 2, none of this shows up.

    I have seen in other posts that going in and deleting some things and then rebooting can help fix this, but they were in MAC threads, and I am on a PC so I do not know where to find these things.

    Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks much!
