Activated but not activated

    Hi,
    I updated Komplete from version 4 to 5 and registered/activated it. But when I use Akoustik Piano or B4, I get the pop-up asking "Activate, Buy or Demo".

    If I click on the activate button it takes me the the NI Service Centre, but this shows that AP and B4 are already activated. If I run demo mode, it exits after 30 mins.

    All other programmes in Komplete 5 are running fine.

    Does anybody have any ideas?

    Same issue here with Akoustik Piano. Running Leopard, by any chance? It seems that the Service Center doesn't save it's preferences properly. Unfortunately, it has become a ghost town with the holidays, so it looks like I won't be able to use my brand new (1 hour old) piano any time soon. Wonderful...

    yep I have the exact same problem trying to activate FM8 on my G5 running 10.5.1, and there doesn't seem to be any answers.

    Bizarrely though, I *was* able to activate Kontakt successfully, so I'd assumed it wasn't a Service Center problem as such?

    I've raised a ticket but sounds like I could be in for a long wait. Just what a paying customer wants when there's plenty of people out there using cracks without suffering this grief... reminds me of the anti-piracy ads they put on the beginning of DVDs - that only the paying customers ever have to sit through - pirate DVDs just have straight into the movie!

    All forms of copy protection suck, have no proven revenue-protecting ability, and only inconvenience legitimate customers.
