Activated but won't load

    Hi

    Trying to get Symphobia running on a PC running XP pro sp3.

    The service centre activates the application but when I got to load it in Kontakt Player 2.2.4 it says "there was an error obtaining the licence. Activate the product through service centre". I go to my NI account to check which other machines I have this installed on as I have a number of rigs but it no longer shows me which computers are active and I can't therefore deactivate them.

    Any ideas?

    Hello Guy,

    please run the installer again and make sure that you keep the installation option "Library" selected. If you have the library on an external drive you should have this connected and select the existing library path on your external disk.
