Activating a Used Maschine.

    Anybody know how I can get the Maschine software? The problem is I purchased the controller from ebay and when I received it, it came with nothing but the controller itself. Also, where would I look for a serial code if it had one? Thanks.

    It needs to come with a software disc which has a serial code on it... if you didn't get that you bought something that is not complete, I'd suggest returning it if you used paypal (I think they allow 21 days). NI does not sell the software apart from the controller.

    Definitely file a PayPal claim/dispute.

    You can't buy the controller without the software. The eBay seller should have (1) had NI remove his software SN from his NI account (2) given you both the Maschine SW serial number and the original Maschine SW DVD.
