Activating and Installing Guitar Rig 3

I have Guitar Rig 3 Kontrol Edition. The first time I installed it, i played around with it and later on when i clicked to start guitar rig it said the guitar rig 3 has quit unexpectedly. I uninstalled it and installed it all over again and it was fine. I am running it on a mac. This happened to me again and i emailed NI and they said to uninstall it and install it again. I did so, and in the process lost my bank presets. It was fine after I uninstalled it and installed it once again.

When I went to the service center to download the new update from 3.0.0 to 3.2.1, It downloaded the update to my desktop, when it was done it asked me if i wanted to open the file, i said yes. And it said click continue to install guitar rig 3 which i already did, i dont know if it meant the update or what. Anyways after I did that it wanted me to install the service center again. I clicked out and went to open guitar rig 3 again and it quit unexpectedly. I redid this 2x. It seems to me that once it downloads the update and i open it up guitar rig 3 quits. And when i do open it its still version 3.0.0. How do i fix this without waiting a week and a half from the people at NI to respond.

I did but like i stated everytime i open up the update 3.2.2 file and start the process thats when guitar rig 3 quits unexepectedly everytime. like right now i just uninstalled it and installed it again but didnt update it and its fine. but i know once i do itll probably quit.

 

What 3.2.2 update? The latest's 3.2.1...

What I would is do a clean uninstall:

Install from your original installer and activate. Now, update to 3.2.1

i did everything in the article about uninstalling except the spot light. im downloading the update right now. so when its down and on my desktop, i just open up the file and follow directions? It asks me to install service center as well, do i do that too? thanks for the help. im a newbie

 

I would- the version of Service Center with the update's newer.
