Activating B4 II under Vista

    I installed my copy of B4 II and the latest service center on my Windows Vista machine. seemed to work fine, so I used the Service Center to activate B4 II and it did. BUT everytime I try to start B4 II it shows this screen with the "activate-buy-demo" options.
    And Service Center tells me, that B4 is activated!
    Any help?

    Hi yppse,

    please send us a support request and included the activation request file (or support file) as zip attachment. You should also check if the standalone version is behaving in the same way as the plugin version, and that you launch the latest version in all cases.

    Okay, thanks, problem solved.

    I de-installed everything, then I started with my original installation-file and activated every update. Somehow after several tries it activated the latest update, too - thats strange, but anyhow, it's working now.
