Activating Komplete 8 Ultimate Crossgrade Problem

    I am a registered owner of Guitar Rig 3 Rig Kontrol Edition, so I should be able to activate Komplete 8 Ultimate Crossgrade Edition.
    When I look at my NI account it even says since I am a registered owner of GR3KE I qualify for the crossgrade.
    I just bought a boxed version of the Ultimate 8 crossgrade and installed it. When I go to activate it in my NI account, the same account with the already activated Guitar Rig 3 KE, it refuses to activate.
    The error message says: "This product can only be activated as part of a bundle. (2003)"

    Why won't it let me activate my crossgrade?
