activating

    I am unable to activate my traktor scratch pro. I have been using traktor 3 since it come out and now that traktor scratch pro is out, I like it. Now my computer is all screwed up and I can not activate traktor scratch pro and then everytime I open traktor 3, I have to go to the service center. I reinstalled the service center but same problem. The activate button is now lighting up and the only option I have is to buy. I send emails to support team but they are not sure. Here is a screen shot of my service center. Any help will be appreciated because I have some digs next month.
