I have Guitar Rig 2 software Edition version 2.2.2.

Service Center tells me it's activated, but whenever I launch Guitar Rig, I keep coming up with same prompt telling me to activate it or use the demo version. I tried launching the demo version to see if there was some roundabout way to activate it through there, but it just freezes up. It won't let me select any amps, effects...nothing! Help!

    I have a Mac G5 1.8Ghz, 2 GB RAM, OS 10.3.9

    Hello,

Please try the following to resolve your Guitar Rig 2 activation issue. Please
note that you must be logged in as an administrator on your Mac to install and
    activate the software properly.

    1.
    - Delete the Guitar Rig 2 folder from Macintosh HD/Applications (unless
    otherwise specified at installation time)
    - Delete GuitarRig2.plist (if present) and
    com.native-instruments.GuitarRig2.plist from Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences
    - Delete Guitar Rig 2.plist (if present) and
    com.native-instruments.GuitarRig2.plist from Macintosh
    HD/Users/~/Library/Preferences
    - Delete GuitarRig 2.vst from Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST
    - Delete GuitarRig 2.component from Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components
    - Delete GuitarRig 2, Guitar Rig 2.dpm, and GuitarRig 2.mopi from Macintosh
    HD/Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-ins

    2.
    - Delete both the folder called "NI Service Center" and the folder called
"Service Center" from Macintosh HD/Applications (one or both may be present,
    both must be deleted)
    - Delete ServiceCenter.plist (if present) and
    com.native-instruments.ServiceCenter.plist from Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences
    - Delete com.native-instruments.Service Center.plist (if present) from
    Macintosh HD/Users/~/Library/Preferences
    - Empty Trash

    3.
    - Install Guitar Rig 2 from your installation disc (if prompted to install NI
    Service Center, decline it)
    - Download and install the latest Guitar Rig 2 update from
http://www.native-instruments.com/updates.info (again, if prompted to install
    NI Service Center, decline it)

    4.
    - Download and install the latest version of NI Service Center from
    http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=freeupdates_us
    - Repair Disk Permissions with Disk Utility located in Macintosh
    HD/Applications/Utilities
    - Launch NI Service Center, update if necessary, and follow the steps to
    activate Guitar Rig 2

If you still have trouble, please send us your ARF:
    - Start NI Service Center, log in, and click "Main Menu"
    - Click "Product Overview" and click "Support File" to export the ARF
    - Zip and send us the file “ActivationRequestFile.html”
