activation error 2001

    hey all,
    every time i try to activate traktor thru the service centre i get
    "could not be activated as user does not have appropriate base product (activation error 2001"

    me and a mate and figured out it stems from a mistake i made when first registering for traktor, i used a email adress that was no longer active (i didnt know this at the time, and found out later when i tryed to acces it for activation and such)

    ive changed the email adress of my traktor account now, but due to this i cant activate traktor

    any help please.. ?

    any help guys?
    or is there anyway other than the email system to get through to NI
    as ive emailed twice and no reply?
