With much excitement after my new Traktor Scratch Duo arrival, I cannot activate my product, or use it for that matter.

    1. Service centre just reloops constantly.
    2. Offline activation not working
    3. No help from NI

    Can someone help ? :(

    1) Uninstall the NI Service Centre from your PC.
    2) Manually remove the Service Centre application folder from Program Files.
    3) Download the latest version of the Software from NI Website.
    4) Install and Run the newly downloaded Service Centre.

It should update twice (mine did) and then you should be ok.

    Steve.

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same problem. Service centre just reloops.

This has to be the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with.

Support from NI does not exist. Not a single person has contacted me in days to solve this problem. I should have gone with Serato...

    Hello,

sorry for the inconvenience. During the past days there were issues with the self-update of Service Center which have now been solved.

Remains a possible issue with the self-update with slow internet connections. In this case disconnect your computer from the internet and start Service Center, then perform an offline-activation.
We are working on improvements for this situation.

Hint: when logging in to the Native Instruments homepage, e.g. when doing an offline activation, and you have difficulties to log in, remove the cookies of your browser and empty browser cache, then try again.
