Activation Headache

    I have purchased the Kore/Komplete 4 bundle. I installed Kore and went to activate. The activation says sucess, but the status says not activated. When entering the software it says not registered. I have contact Tech support and sent a support file, but nothing they have suggested cures the problem. Any advice? Should I uninstall and start over? I was told to install kore and activate it, then install komplete and activate.
