Activation Problem Komplete 5 + Kore 1

Hi,

I have bought a secondhand Kore 1 which is now installed and activated, and a new upgrade from Kore 1/2 to Komplete 5. The Komplete package will not activate as it says that I do not have the correct base product in my account! The package I bought was advertised as an upgrade from both Kore 1 and 2, I even checked this with the shop and they confirmed this. It is even printed on my invoice.

I have had a couple of email conversations today with support and although they have been very helpful, I have been told that the upgrade only works with Kore 2 and that I need to get/buy the upgrade via the website, but this takes 2 weeks!

This is ridiculous, I am a working composer who has bought a product in good faith, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to use it because of activation issues!

It wouldn't be so bad if it had the 30 day grace period like other products, but it won't even work until it is activated.

Can anyone help!
