    Hi folks,

I've just completed building a new PC, and have just reinstalled Komplete 13, including all the various effects (RC24, etc). For some reason, every time I try to load one of the effects in Cakewalk (or any of my other DAWS) , I get a popup saying I have to "activate", "buy" or "demo" the plugin.

When I hit "Activate", it opens Native Access, and then I can use the plug-in. But this happens every single time I try to add it in. I own all the plugins, Native Access says they are installed, etc. But I gotta "activate" them every time.

Has anyone experienced this? Any idea what the problem could be?

    Thanks,

    Rob

Same here, just bought Komplete 13 Ultimate, and some FX says to activate, but clicking activate does nothing..I see that i have two fx trees on my daw(Studio one 5) one is Native instruments and the other is Native Instruments GmbH. The ones on the first (Native instruments without Gmbh) are the plugins that doesnt work.
I dont know how to fix this, also in standalone Komplete Kontrol happens the same.

    Waiting for a solution.

    Hi Jeremy,

just wrote your colleagues. Since updating yesterday, I'm having the same issue and I'm in the middle of a project with a client. I'm a heavy user of Enhanced and Passive EQ. I now gotta rework every track cause the vsti stopped working.
Guess there is no need to specifically tell you how f upped this is. Native Access is a bummer overall and this new registration/constant checkup thing you folks came up with is just another reason to stop buying NI.

    Have a good one

this problem is now happening with me also on all the Windows computers that I have NI VSTs on.

I cannot use many of the VSTs that I paid for and used (for years) before the latest Native Access update. V1.4.0 (R73).

I get the Activation pop-up and it does nothing except show the Native Access Installed Products page. Someone (dev) broke something and didn't bother to test it. Get ready for 100s of people going to be complaining about this unprofessional oversight.

I tried everything imaginable (computer-wise) to try to fix. I think the problem is the (Account License) algorithm in the Native Access 'backend' because even though I have Komplete 13 (through an Update purchase) my NI Account shows my original Komplete 7 License as an Upgrade - and my orig Komplete came on DVDs like in 2010 or something (and I think it was Komplete 7 Full, not Upgrade).

I saw today that there is a new update from NA. Version 1.13.5(R139)
    Maybe this solved the problem?
