Activation Problem

Help!

I have my main DAW running my primary copy of Elektrik Piano, but have also been running a second activation on a notebook with no problems.
I have now got a Mac notebook, and cancelled an activation on the PeeCee laptop.
I am not able to activate Elektik on the Mac notebook though - I get an error message telling me that my serial number has already been used.
What can I do - do I not get a second activation anymore?

 

You do get two activations, but somehow NI may think you have two computers registered.

Go here:

Then click on View Your Registrations, and examine it to see what computers are currently registered.

 

NI are obviously in the midst of reorganising registrations at the moment, David, you can't deactivate or even see your registrations on the reg page any more. We've had some comment from NI, see the following threads, but the situation is still far from clear:

Hmmm, I didn't know about that. Seems like those threads contain all the info we need to know, though.

I would say if you're still having activation problems that you should just call NI on the phone. These problems can't really be troubleshot via the forum because they're all user-specific. But I've called NI a few times with registration questions and they're always very quick to get the problem fixed.

 

I'm Currently having problems activating Elektrik Piano 1.1 at the moment as well.

It says its activated in service center and then when you run it says that the systemconfiguration has changed and de-activates itself.

Version 1.5 is fine.

Maybe thay are having activation problems on the server.

I have put a support request in.
