Activation Traktor ... HELP

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai acheté un Numark 4TRAK d'occasion et n'arrive pas à activer Traktor. Voici mes échanges avec le support NI ; il doit y avoir quelque chose qui m'échappe :

Moi :
Hello,

I buy a numark 4trak with traktor ; a second handsale.

S/N : XXXXXX
System ID : XXXXX

When i want to activate it, i have the message : "Not activated - The
serial number is already registered in anoter User Account (1002)".

Thank you for contacting Native Instruments!

We have to delete the serial from the former owners account. So please get in
touch with your seller and tell them to contact Native Instruments regarding this
issue.

They need to tell us their username and the serial number they sold.

Il faut voir avec ton vendeur pour qu'il déclare la vente de sa licence.

 

Exactement.
Créé toi un compte sur le support NI et demande à ton vendeur qu'il fasse la demande de transfert de licence sur ton compte.
