Activation - Try this....

I bought Komplete 5 and Kore from Sound Control in the UK over Xmas. I installed everything which was a marathon in itself onto my Mac pro which isnt connected to the web so i had to go for the offline activation using my windows laptop. Unfortunately i am now convinced the version of Service Centre included on the install cd wasnt the latest and the macromedia flash plug in wouldnt even open. Initially i went onto the web and downloaded the flash plug in and installed this onto the mac which opened the service centre so i followed the instructions for exporting the activation request onto a small flash drive then opened this up on th e windows laptop and followed instructions for recieving the activation trigger and then trying to import this onto the mac. It didnt work and i contacted NI and recieved my ticket number. (has anyone seen 'Beetlejuice') A week passed and nothing so i decided to do the following.
I deleted Service Centre on the mac and downloaded the latest version off the NI website and installed this. The latest version also included the Macromedia flash plugin that actually opened and then loaded ok.
I then went through the offline installation process again and hey presto my products activated.
