activation woes

    Hi All,

    when I click on the FM8 icon, I get a message saying the product is not activated, even though I have registered it. It asks me if I want to launch the service centre. If I click yes, Service Centre launches, then goes off, presumambly once it recognizes the product as registered; but then nothing happens. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi kingeric77,

    what does "the Service Center goes off" mean? Is it crashing or disappearing? This should not happen. In this case make sure that you have the latest version installed. In cvase you are offline you can download it from here:

    If this does not solve the problem, please contact our Registration support, please.

    thanks, Service Centre launches and then disappears...do you mean i need to download the latest version of Service Centre or FM8?

    i meant the latest version of Service Center. If you are online you should have the latest version.
