Add mapping for Smartlists

    Add mapping for Smartlists in the same way as Playlists. For example, there is "Rename" for Playlists and Folders, but not for Smartlists.

    Renaming is part of the Edit Smartlist dialog, so it looks like the Create Smartlist and Edit Smartlist mapping commands are missing.
