MAn, the manual I have is really no help at all. I understand how to change CC;s if the Cc is alrady therre, but how do you add more or midi learn certain pramaters?

Well, if you already know how to change CCs, you know the places where you can add some. For instance add a control-driven envelope for a certain parameter and choose the CC number. Or select one or more breakpoints of an existing envelope, activate MIDI control by clicking the "Midi" section at the top-right, select CC# and dial in a value. Or on the LFO page or "Midi Controllers" page. The Midi slider appears when you dial in a value > 0.0% for depth. The number of sliders (and host automation) is limited but ALL 127 CC#s will work via MIDI controller or MIDI envelope in your host.

In Aby3 there's no centralised MIDI assignment and no MIDI-learn. These have been implemented in Aby4 - although still not optimal and unfortunately the max number of controllers has been limited to 16.

thanks Yea, I just went into Absynth 4 and checked it out also I was able to import my Absynth .glo files, So I think to make things easy on me I will just use presets in absynth 3 and do my tweaking in absynth 4 . I dont really need that many cintrollers just the basci freq, OSc, LFO, rate depth, res, etc stuff
