Hi, I'm a new Reaktor user. I'm using it within Logic Express, and I'm able to get synthesizers to record within the sequencer as midi, but I don't understand how to get Aerobic to do so? Is it possible to get Aerobic to send midi notes to a host sequencer?

I'm sorry if this question has been answered already, but I searched the forums and couldn't find the answer, and I read through the midi section in the manual, but couldn't figure out how to make it do what I wanted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If clarification is needed I'll be happy to provide it.

    thanks

    welcome :)

sorry, Aerobic does not send out MIDI information.

each pattern sequencer is a gate On with velocity amount. The modulation sequencer can modulate pitch (if selected) but it does not send pitch information as MIDI.

you can use different MIDI notes to select which snaps (presets) are being played.

also see the thread about using other Reaktor sequencers (some which do send out MIDI) here:-

have you put the Live MIDI track into "Arm Session Recording" meaning press the red record button on the MIDI track?

is the MIDI in Reaktor light going red when you play a MIDI note?

is the snapshots "Power" button on? this needs to be on for Aerobic to change snaps with MIDI notes.
