Resolved After installing the 3.5 beta 3.4.2 crashes on startup

I tried to test the backwards compatibility after installing the first 3.5 beta of Traktor (wich runs great) on my Windows 10.

Traktor 3.4.2.256\Traktor.exe woun't start.
Traktor 3.4.1.254 starts without problems

I can't upload the crashlog here. Support @ NI told me to post the issue here.

I have filed the issue as TP-15511.

 

Hi Sascha ! We would like to ask you to test a fix we implemented for your problem.

• Delete the previously backed-up 3.4.2 256 version from the Backup folder
• Run the full installer Traktor_Pro_3_Installer_3.4.2.256_win.zip to restore your Traktor installation to the current public version
• Run the attached fixed beta installer Traktor_Pro_3_Installer_3.5.0.266.1_win_fixed.zip
• Verify that 3.4.2 256 can now run from the Backup folder!

Friedemann @ NI .. just did the downgrade and upgrade like described, all work fine now.
Can access both versions.
