After upgrading, I cannot see the currently loaded wavetable and cannot select another one (selection box is empty). The same applies to noise tables.

Furthermore, I can play with Massive X, but it does not like mouse operations then (like selecting another preset) - it then crashes including the host software and MASCHINE creates a crash file in C:\Users\MYNAME\Documents\Native Instruments\Maschine 2\Crashlogs\crashdb\reports. Used host software is Cantablie light (an older version) and MASCHINE (latest Version).

At least, I can see all patches including the new ones for 1.3.0.

None of the procedures suggested her does help:

    https://support.native-instruments....t-load-waves-and-noises-in-the-browser-en-us-

    Any suggestion?

EDIT: please move the thread to the "Massive X Feedback Area" if possible - when this area becomes read/write again....

Sounds like something went wrong during the update. Try completely uninstalling then reinstalling MX.

I already tried a re-install via Native Access and I also removed it via the Windows Control panel and then reinstalled it via native Access - it did not help...

Now, more than 1 week later - any new ideas?

What about the MASCHINE crash logs - could they be helpful?

Is the AU definately version 1.30? A broken install might not have updated everything and this is the sort of behaviour one might expect in that scenario

    What is "AU"?

Massive X says, that it is 1.3.0 (R176).

If the installtion is broken, how to fix it? A simple reinstall or, more advanced, a deinstall (Windows control panel) and reinstall (Native Access) does not help, I tried that several times...

AudioUnit - Sorry I assumed this was another of the recent Logic issues but I see now you are on Windows

No, this is a DLL under Windows 10. But the problems sound somehow similar...

So, you are loading MX inside Maschine, inside Cantabile?

Can you try just loading MX directly in Cantabile, without Maschine, see how that works? Just to see what happens.

No - I simply load MX in Maschine or in cantablie. Not MX in MASCHINE in cantabile.

Just to test different host sofware for MX. Either directly in cantabile or in Maschine, nothing more.

Ah, gotcha. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce your issue over here...

Well... I can easily reproduce this on my PC, on my laptop MX runs fine. As I mentioned before: the crash seems to produce a Maschine crash log - may this be helpful?

It doesn't hurt to upload it here, but most of people here are users and have no means of decyphering the crashlog.

The question is: how can I open a support call with NI? I do not find that anymore. Perhaps it is hidden somewhere, or did they remove it?

Just this morning, I discovered this page, which seems to be new to me: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/de/sections/360000091498 - I will try that next week (have not spare time now).
