I'm giving this its own thread.

For clarity, I'm going to define everything I reference in this message from the start:
    Akoustik Piano
    http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.co...708221&src=3WFRWXX&ZYXSEM=0&CAWELAID=26049336
    This is the discontinued product.
    I own this product.
I run the libraries in Kontakt 4. (The actual plugin is not used.)

    Akoustik Piano Bundle
    http://co.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=4101&prid=267&redirected=1
This is the new product, near-equivalent of the discontinued one.
My current collaborator owns this product.
She runs the libraries in Kontakt 4.

    Setup:
We're both owners of Komplete 6, under separate licenses/usernames/etc., with the latest official (not beta) updates of all applications on two separate machines. The PCs are a bit different, but are both configured nearly identically - the Native Instruments products are installed on an eSATA drive on each machine, with identical drive letters and directory structures - the notable exception being the differing Akoustik Piano/Akoustik Piano Bundle directories.

    Problem:
Collaboration among Komplete owners is one of the strengths of the suite, especially when working against severe time crunches. She can send me a project file and everything works great, even in Kontakt, except for her Akoustik Piano Bundle tracks.

    What I Need:
A bridge (speaking metaphorically) from Akoustik Piano to Akoustik Piano Bundle would be nice. Here are the Akoustik Piano instruments, matched to their Akoustik Piano Bundle equivalents:

Bechstein 280 -> Berlin Concert Grand
Bosendorfer 290 -> Vienna Concert Grand
Steingraeber und Soehne 130 -> Upright Piano
Steinway Concert Grand D -> New York Concert Grand

Because the products are so similar, I'd think this would be fairly easy to accomplish.

    Solutions?
I'd like one of the following:

    - An easy workaround to properly open the equivalent piano in Kontakt.

    - A Service Center update providing instant compatibility between the two products.

    - A discounted upgrade to Akoustik Piano Bundle.

    - The right to distribute Akoustik Piano to Akoustik Piano Bundle owners with whom I collaborate. (Not expecting NI to even entertain this suggestion, but hey, it's a suggestion.)

Any one of these will suffice.

Thanks for any help from anyone.

    - Jason Spatola
