Akoustik Piano Problem

Thanks for the hint. But defragmenting is a controversal issue on the Mac... And I'm not sure if "almost gone" can be taken as "problem solved" in this case. The cut-offs are sporadic anyway, and yet they are annoying and destroy the illusion of playing a piano. I think the issue certainly deserves being addressed (and eliminated) by the programmers of AP on the basis of real-world computer setups. I mean, Kontakt 3 plays the same sample banks without the dropouts. Thus, there IS a solution already existing in the SAME COMPANY, only for another product!
I'd really love to hear some insider's statement ... somebody?
