Aliasing noise with Core Read/Write modules

I finally got around exploring Exile's core cells and made a simplified version of GLEX. It constantly records into a buffer and simultaneously plays back the recorded samples with a limited playback length.

The problem is that whenever the playback position wraps around the maximum playback length I get a nasty aliasing noise.

I'm not sure if this is a rounding issue or I'm missing some crucial concept of core (which is likely) but it would be really awesome and amazing if someone could help me out with this .
