Solved All Native Access Plugin Images are Missing

All of my plugin images are missing in Native Access
I have no idea how to fix it, It was working fine before. Is it a buggy update?
I tried restarting my computer and re scanning but nothing helped.

 

The same thing is happening to me. Also, a library I just installed does not appear to be working, even though it appears as "Installed", and I've done the same thing dozens of times now without issue; I wonder if the problems are related.

 

Its installing the products fine, However even after uninstalling Native Instruments and Reinstalling, the problem is not fixed. At first i thought it was just simply bad internet connection but its not, I've only just noticed this today and I searched the problem up but barely any others have been having it, In fact i only saw one post and someone said its a Virus, but that's not what i feel it is.

Reinstalling Native Access does not fix problem.

 

Oscar- I have the same issue. I'm up to date and the issue remains. No library thumbnail pictures. Please fix!

 

I am having the same issue, Just installed it for the first time on this machine and is showing no product pictures

 

I've tried to install older version of Native Access, but without luck, because Auto Updater converts it to the latest version.
Probably it is some sort of bug in latest version of Native Access affected some users depending of OS.

There are bugs in the line eaten up all pics.

 

I'm having the same problem - all thumbnails blank in Native Access.

 

Same here and I suspect this is at Native Instruments end because it occurred on my Desktop after I relocated libraries to another drive. However going onto my Laptop and opening Native Access all images have gone and nothing was or has been changed on my Laptop. Most strange.

Same here, just a heads up:
- don't destroy your computer (deleting, resetting things and such..), it's not your (our) fault
- some members here were giving false information about this being a "virus" "eating" pics (it is not!)
- went to laptop that's only for banking, installed Native Access; it showed the right nr. of non-installed items, but no graphics there also
- even if the pics were missing at our side, it would show the gray rectangle with initials (AD for Analog Dreams,e.g.)
- .. you're not alone

Same here on Windows 10. I had posted another thread a few days ago. In my case, I think it broke after I updated to Komplete Kontrol 2.4

Great advice. I re-installed the Native Access program which did not work, so, I checked in here and see this is a problem a lot of folks are experiencing. I downloaded the new "BUTCH VIG DRUMS" from Native Access. I opened KONTAKT and the instrument is there, working and the ICONS and visuals are all working. Something weird happened, just wait, there should be a fix.
