Allen and Heath Xone 2D with TSP, 1210's and DJM400

    I can't seem to find the answer that I'm looking for, so I was hoping someone on here could help me out.

    I want to know if I can use the onboard sound card in the Xone 2D to run TSP through some time coded vinyl on technics 1210's and through a mixer? There seem to be a few posts on here about using the Xone 2D with TSP with internal mixer option, but not with the specific set up that I want to use.



    so to be clear, I mean:
    laptop with TSP -> 2D
    1210's -> 2D
    2d -> Mixer
    Mixer -> amp

    would this work?

    I think you haven't received an answer because if you're trying to use the 2D as a Scratch timecode enabling device for Traktor Scratch...the answer is may'be but I think only if you're on a Traktor version before 1.2.7?

    If this is what your're asking - you'll need to read the replies in the original Xone DB4 topic of this forum about "Scratch Certification", way back in the topic is info on 1.2.5? I believe.

    If you're on a later version of Traktor you'll need to use an NI soundcard or certified mixer. Nothing else works without crazy troubleshooting that reduces capability and eliminates time to enjoy mixing (too many headaches, but you can control Traktor with the 2D so it's worth some of your time)
