Allen & Heath XONE 4D e Traktor Pro3

Hi, i have a problem with the my xone 4D. Traktor Pro3 doesn't recognize my xone 4D consolle. What can I do?

Technical data
Xone 4D firmware: 2.02
Xone 4D driver: 3317_3 (latest)
Mac OS X mojave
Traktor Pro 3 (3.4.2 256)

 

And the coreaudio studio?
4D has some tricky workarounds to be installed in latest macOS where's it's supported.

Xone:4D Mac Driver v3.3.17 (January 2017)
This is for El Capitan.

Its driver is "blocked" by system so you need to "approve" it on security tab if so. That process is explained at pdf inside driver zip package.
If you have followed all the steps and verified them but still got issues, then you will need to "explain a bit more" if you want help.

It should came in that zip a detailed explanation about how to install including the "trick" about macOS security blocking and so. Did you follow all the steps explained at that pdf?

 

I solved. One usb port on the mac is not working well. thank you
