allow the clock to remain visible in global section

i find myself needing to be switching between FX unit(s) on the left side and the clock, quite often.

i'm constantly seeing that unused space between the fx units and the loop recorder section, and i think there should be an option to show, at least, a mini view of the clock when working full screen without needing to sacrifice the view of the FX unit.

the recorder is secondary, it's ok for it to be hidden since this can be set once and not touched again until maybe hours later.

but having good view of what's going on in the clock is specially necessary in this version, when working with the sample decks.
