Shortcut To Nudge Individual Notes

I love the new volume shortcut in 1.1 however it would be very helpful if they had the same function to nudge individual notes by small increments. It would be great if you could hold down a pad(sound) and turning the swing knob to nudge left and right in small increments. Either that or the ability to just hold down a pad(sound) and hit the nudge keys to move in small increments...As it is now you have to do 2 extra steps(select the sound and then change the grid to off) in order to nudge small increments...A really slow process....

 

indeed, that would be cool.

 

My top three requests would be

-An autowrite lock so we can lock it (maybe shift plus autowrite) and tweak sounds with both hands

-different patterns in the same group should be able to have different number of measures if you want.

-to be able to name and save files all through the controller.

i would like to see the use of a sustain pedal when using a midi keyboard

 

1. A linear master track just for automation, mute/solo recording etc so I can record FX live throughout an entire tune <3

2. MIDI pattern drag and drop

3. Sidechain

 

Ok. This would be my top 3 wish list:

1) Enhanced midi possibilities, such as CC support. As i am using still a lot of my hardware, i would love to be able to adress different midiports within the midiout functionality. This plus CC-support, i guess i wouldn´t need any other sequencer.

2) Self contained saving of projects and then having more sampler features like destructive truncation, timestretch and stuff. Related to that, would be great to have the opportunity to sample an external device and if there were not to much samples, mapping them within the hardware-controller while lost in the flow.

3) For the sequencer itself, i am missing a higher resolution like 480 or 960 ppq, Groovetemplates and a sound based control for swing and even a soundbased pattern structure. Copy an paste content between sounds with the hardware as well as writable mutes for different patterns would be great too. Something like patternchanges within scenes would be also very handy for me.

And maybe we gonna see some kind of audiotracks in the longer run.

1. Obviously Manual Chopping is HUGE... but if .rex files have replaced internal-manual-chopping functions... at least add an "edit in Recycle" option when the user right clicks on an audio file in the DISK browser.

2. Not sure if anyone brought this up yet... but multiple Scene selection is big on my list as well. I find myself wanting to copy Scene 1-4(verse 1) and pasting them again at Scene 9(verse 2). It's very tedious to copy paste 4x...

3. "Add to Itunes" option in the export window would be really helpful. Let's face it... alot of people use itunes now-a-days. Logic has something similar... it's very useful for organizing my beats/songs.

Would be a really useful and fun tool and would make sense in light of the direction of 1.1

 

- export to export each pattern to separate file rather than just per group
- ability to launch patters via prog change from host rather than just scenes

 

1.Ability to move slice markers manually in slice window (eg. Propellerheads RECYCLE)

2. Ability to audition slices quickly before assigning to pads, (eg. Propellerheads RECYCLE)

3. Time shift ! (eg. any worthwhile sampler)

 

AUTOMAP - because adding instruments is a pain.

Pad Banks:
Hold down shift then press A or any letter for that matter
To select different Pad banks so tapping the A pad eight times
will jump between 8 pad banks.


Pad hold lock:
Hold a letter A thru H then press pad to hold sustain any pad sound.

Time stretching and sound font support
