Am I too foolish to register Absynth 2?

Did the following:

Installed Absynth 2 update on my desktop "big Mac" both under 9.2.2 and X. I've registered out of X using the Register application, sent it to NI, entered the serial # I've bin given upon purchase and so on. Worked well, I've received an automadet response with my new key. (Cannot recognize if I did do the same with the version for 9, but never mind.)

Now, here we go: Installed Absynth 2 update on my PowerBook, which is permitted. Both under 9 and X, of course. Started the reg program, sent it to NI, have been led to the registration web interface which wanted to see my serial number again.

So I entered the serial number as above (this one I was given upon purchese from NI), and what happens? Sh*t happens :-0 The Web interface told me the s/n I've entered was wrong. (And yes, I've tried several times checking every character thoroughly *g*)

What gives now? Of course, I didn't receive any serial # for my PowerBook Absynth neither, it expires in several days... this challenge-response drives me kr@zy, since I've set up "the internet" on my PowerBook mainly for this one reason, to register Absynth :-(

Could you explain me what's going wrong? Thank you.

Patience is the key. I finally got registered in OS9 today after about 2 weeks.
I received an email stating that NI had found my request and an authorizaton number was finally given. Possibly the registration department is overworked. Anyway, NI is in my good graces again.
