Am unable to download ActivationReturnFile

    Hello,

    I am unable to download the ActivationReturnFile for the copy of the Kontakt 'West Africa' library I bought on Monday (28th Nov).

    I followed the procedure for offline registration (for an audio computer not connected to the Internet) and every time I try to send the ActivationRequestFile nothing comes back.

    I've done this procedure for 'Balinese Gamelan' just a few days ago with no problems (and multiple times in the recent past).

    Any thoughts anyone ? I would very much appreciate some help here.

    Sure,

    I just kept trying and yesterday (late afternoon UK time) the webpage came 'back to life' allowing me to login and download the file.
