Hello everyone, I've been doing some browsing, but just can't seem to find any straight up answers on how to get analog lab 5 working with my kkmk2. I know there are issues with arturia and nks, but what would are my best options for getting the best integration. Any help would be great. Thanks and happy holidays

Thanks for the info, I started to look into that site you sent me the other day, looks good. Still want to try to see how I can map everything out first before I buy the software... But for some reason the mk2 is not letting me.

Mhh normally you have to switch the keyboard into midi mode and use the non DAW midi port.

Ahh ok then it's maybe not soo easy, you first have to learn a bit about midi stuff. As far as I have seen in the arturia manual you can map the controls but not browsing, but that can be wrong.

I figured that it would only let me map out the controls, but without the browsing option and the sound preview it's gonna suck, lol

Ok then, you can only buy this stuff or save all patches yourself but this is a tedious and time consuming task

ok, so it would be a real pain in the ass without the software, i was just checking out the soundlab site, and everything seems as if it would save me a big headache, and for $15 its definitely worth it

I'm in komplete kontrol stand alone and nothing from arturia is showing up when I rescan my plugins. I clicked on add got analog lab 5 from program files, and added it, but still nothing. Is this because it's not supported by nks ? If that's the case, why are the other third party plugins showing up ? Any idea on why this is happening ? Thanks

Nope, you are showing Native Instruments products in your screenshot, not Arturia as I have shown.

What is the issue exactly? None of they Arturia plugins are shown in the preset browser OR you have the instruments from Arturia there but when you load them it says "Plugin not Found"?

I know it's not nks compatible but wouldn't at least show up in komplete kontrol, like my other 3rd party plugins ? Not in my preset browser, sorry I made a mistake. But in the drop down menu in the picture I've attached. Thanks. BTW, I've been looking into getting your software, even before you sent me the link, looks like it would make things a lot easier.

Yes if you have set things up correct it will appear in the plugin list.

You need to make sure you have the VST2 64bit location where you install your VSTs to. Many people these days don't have much of a clue and have no idea where things are installed (big mistake) so it's handy to know how to resolve these kinds of problems.

Open the Arturia Software Centre, open the settings and have a look where the VST2 64 bit plugins are installed:

Then just make sure that exact path is added to the KK plugin preferences

A tip for future would be to make sure ALL your VST2 plugins are installed to a single location so your install looks lice and clean and easy to manage. Then you only need a single path in your preferences:

Ahh sorry I totally oversaw that you even can't see the plugin in the first place. And yes you have to check it like described and set it up before you maybe buy that stuff.
